There are 4 x Bowls Bash / Fun Days arranged in 2025 from 2.00pm:
Everyone is welcome, so come along and try your hand at this rewarding, fun and addictive way to learn the sport. For more info check out the Bowls Bash Section on the Bowls England Website.
We also run Public Taster Sessions at our Club Night every Friday evening, starting on 18th April 2025, throughout the summer. These are from 6.30 - 9.30pm, when coaching will be available. You can just turn up, but if you would like to talk to our Club Coach Julie, give her a call on 07785 914045.
Just pop along, please wear flat shoes, and meet the club members; learn what the game is about and perhaps even stay to socialise at the licensed club bar.
Once you become a member you can take part in club competitions and/or league games or just play privately or socially anytime. The Green is available most days of the week during the summer months and the Clubhouse bar is open for every home game and on Friday evenings. So don't be shy, bring your friends and have a go!

Open Day Barbeque: Usually a Friday evening in August from 6.30pm. Date to be announced soon.
Each year we look to hold an Open Day where you will be able to try your hand at Bowls and also enjoy a tasty Barbeque and drinks at the bar. Watch this space or the Blog for more details.
Presentation and Skittles Evening every October
The formal trophy and awards evening and a chance to try your hand at indoor skittles with a round or two of 'killer' if you can take the heat - with prizes galore plus the big raffle.
